Refund & Cancellation Policy

We have a 14-day return policy in line with the terms and conditions detailed below.

If the item fails to satisfy, for reasons which are attributable (in whole or part) to our default, the provisions of this policy shall apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days from the date you receive the item, at info@3.248.63.131 with the order number and reasons you are not satisfied. We may request further explanation and you must cooperate in providing this to us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return as stated herein will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund in a number of given situations, including but not limited to, where there is no sufficient reasoning or where the reasons are not valid.

You acknowledge that any refund paid shall be in full and final settlement of our financial liability for any loss or damage howsoever arising incurred by you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will ask for proof of damage, so please take a photo and send us to our email when you request the refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy:

Changed your mind and wish to change your items once you place an order or wish to cancel your order you can Contact Us immediately. Cancellations made before dispatch will receive a 100% refund. After dispatch we are unable to cancel your order but you still have an option to return the items in line with our Returns & Refund policy once you received package.
