TRS Chillies Whole (Kashmiri)

Kashmiri red chillies are used as a natural colouring agent in various curries. These are not as spicy as normal red chillies but add a unique flavour to the dish. Kashmiri red chillies or Kashmiri lal mirch are characterized by their ability to give a dark red colour to food, capable of colouring and adding flavour, while at the same time not allowing the food to become too pungent or spicy.
