TRS Kala Jeera – Shahi

These are also known as kala jeera or shahi jeera. Black Cumin Seeds are smaller and thinner than regular cumin seeds and are much darker in colour. They give a stronger, slightly smoky flavour that provides more depth in cooking and are used sparingly.
